At Dyspire, your satisfaction matters. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward and transparent return process for eligible items.


✅ Returns Eligibility

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • Item must be new, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • Returns must be initiated within 12 days of the delivery date.

  • Return requests beyond the 12-day window will not be accepted.


🚫 Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different product, we recommend initiating a return and placing a new order separately.

Currently, we accept returns in-store only.

💲 Restocking & Fees

  • Restocking Fee: None

  • There are no hidden charges or deductions from your refund.


🔁 Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 12 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.


⚠️ Important Notes

  • We do not accept opened, used, or damaged products unless they were received in a defective condition.

  • Items returned without prior authorization or outside the return window will not be accepted.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item was delivered damaged or incorrect.
